- 1 ½ cups flour
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 1 egg
- 1 cup chopped apples (preferably Granny Smith)
- Streusel topping: flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.
- In a saucepan, reduce apple cider from 1 ¼ cups to ½ cup over medium heat. Allow to cool.
