Description

Autumn Naan Pizzas are a delightful, quick meal that brings the warmth of fall flavors right to your table. Featuring a crispy naan base topped with rich pumpkin puree, savory ground turkey, and creamy cheeses, these individual pizzas are perfect for cozy family dinners or friendly gatherings.

  • 4 pieces Naan bread
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 pound ground turkey (or chicken)
  • 1 cup caramelized shallots (or onions)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 cup Fontina cheese
  • 1 cup whole-milk ricotta cheese (or cream cheese)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh sage leaves
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons hot honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree and dried oregano, then stir in the caramelized shallots.
  3. Spread the pumpkin mixture evenly over each piece of naan.
  4. Top with cooked ground turkey, sprinkle with Fontina cheese, and add dollops of ricotta.
