- 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ cup fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry and place them on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down.
- Drizzle the fillets with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
- In a saucepan, combine orange juice, lemon juice, honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic, and ginger. Simmer over medium heat for about 5–7 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Spoon half of the warm glaze over the salmon fillets. Bake for 12–18 minutes until cooked through (130–145°F internal temperature).
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving drizzled with the remaining glaze.
