Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry and place them on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down.
  3. Drizzle the fillets with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
  4. In a saucepan, combine orange juice, lemon juice, honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic, and ginger. Simmer over medium heat for about 5–7 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Spoon half of the warm glaze over the salmon fillets. Bake for 12–18 minutes until cooked through (130–145°F internal temperature).
  6. Let rest for a few minutes before serving drizzled with the remaining glaze.
