  • 1 lb turkey sausage (mild or spicy)
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 package peppered gravy mix (2.3 oz)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 baking pan.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and drain excess grease.
  3. Cut each biscuit into quarters and line the bottom of the prepared pan with them.
