  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 pre-baked 12-inch pizza crust
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground turkey sausage until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess grease.
  2. Sprinkle flour over the sausage and stir until combined. Gradually add milk while stirring constantly until thickened, about 10 minutes. Season with black pepper.
  3. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the pre-baked pizza crust on a baking sheet and spread half of the sausage gravy over it.
  4. In another skillet, scramble eggs mixed with milk until just set, about 5 minutes. Spoon scrambled eggs over the gravy.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and bake for 10-15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
