  • 1 loaf sliced brioche bread
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
  • 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together whole milk, eggs, ricotta cheese, granulated sugar, kosher salt, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy.
