  • 23 Granny Smith apples, cored and sliced
  • 23 Gala apples, cored and sliced
  • 4 oz. white chocolate
  • 4 Tbsp. salted butter
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 heath bar, broken into pieces
  • 1/2 cup crushed pretzels

Instructions

  1. Prepare toppings by crushing pretzels and chopping the heath bar into small pieces.
  2. Slice the apples and soak them briefly in lemon water to prevent browning.
  3. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar, corn syrup, and sweetened condensed milk until it bubbles lightly. Remove from heat and mix in vanilla.
  4. Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  5. Arrange apple slices on a serving platter. Drizzle with caramel sauce and melted white chocolate.
  6. Sprinkle crushed pretzels and heath bar pieces over the top.
