- 2–3 Granny Smith apples, cored and sliced
- 2–3 Gala apples, cored and sliced
- 4 oz. white chocolate
- 4 Tbsp. salted butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 6 Tbsp. corn syrup
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 heath bar, broken into pieces
- 1/2 cup crushed pretzels
Instructions
- Prepare toppings by crushing pretzels and chopping the heath bar into small pieces.
- Slice the apples and soak them briefly in lemon water to prevent browning.
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar, corn syrup, and sweetened condensed milk until it bubbles lightly. Remove from heat and mix in vanilla.
- Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
