- 2–3 tablespoons butter for frying
Instructions
- Remove crusts from the bread slices and flatten them with a rolling pin.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon. Spread this mixture on each slice, leaving a border.
- Roll each slice tightly and seal the edges.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a shallow bowl.
- Heat butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Dip each roll in the egg mixture and cook seam-side down until golden brown on all sides.
