- 1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp cinnamon sugar mix
- pinch of kosher salt
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 cup white chocolate morsels
- 7 oz jar vegan marshmallow cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 Tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 Tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon sugar mix
Instructions
- Line a 13×9 glass baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large saucepan, combine granulated sugar, unsalted butter, kosher salt, cinnamon sugar mix, and heavy cream. Bring to a rolling boil while stirring continuously for about 4 minutes.
- Remove from heat and quickly stir in white chocolate morsels and vegan marshmallow cream until smooth.
- Pour fudge into the prepared pan and refrigerate for about 3 hours until fully hardened.
