  • 2 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp cinnamon sugar mix
  • pinch of kosher salt
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cup white chocolate morsels
  • 7 oz jar vegan marshmallow cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 Tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon sugar mix

Instructions

  1. Line a 13×9 glass baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large saucepan, combine granulated sugar, unsalted butter, kosher salt, cinnamon sugar mix, and heavy cream. Bring to a rolling boil while stirring continuously for about 4 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and quickly stir in white chocolate morsels and vegan marshmallow cream until smooth.
  4. Pour fudge into the prepared pan and refrigerate for about 3 hours until fully hardened.
  5. Cut into squares or circles using a cookie cutter.
  6. For the drizzle, whisk together powdered sugar, maple syrup, and heavy cream; drizzle over fudge pieces.
