  • 1 round sourdough bread loaf
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 8 oz Brie cheese (cut into small pieces)
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Using a sharp knife, cut the sourdough loaf into a crosshatch pattern without slicing all the way through.
  3. Place the bread on the prepared baking sheet and gently pull apart the cuts to create space for filling.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine cranberry sauce, Brie cheese pieces, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  5. Generously fill each cut of the bread with the mixture.
  6. Brush melted butter over the top and sides of the stuffed loaf.
