  • 2 cups penne pasta
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot. Add penne pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add chicken pieces, season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, cooking until golden brown. Remove chicken from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, pour in chicken broth and add broccoli florets; steam until tender.

  5. Combine cooked penne, sautéed chicken, and steamed broccoli with the sauce; toss well to coat.
