Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 Oreo cookies (crushed)
  • 1 & 1/3 cup flour
  • 3 tbsp corn starch
  • 1/4 cup black cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup butter (softened)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor, crush the Oreos into fine crumbs. In a bowl, combine the crushed Oreos, flour, cornstarch, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a stand mixer, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and creamy.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract to the creamed mixture; mix well.
  5. Gradually incorporate the dry mixture until fully combined. Fold in white chocolate chips and additional chopped Oreos.
  6. Using a cookie scoop, place dough balls on the baking sheet and flatten slightly. Bake for 9 minutes or until edges are set but centers remain soft.
  7. Immediately after baking, top with extra Oreo pieces and white chocolate chips. Let cool on the baking sheet for about 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
