- 2 tbsp Olive oil (divided)
- 8 Eggs
- 1/3 cup Milk
- 6 Pieces of Cooked Chicken (chopped)
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Jack Cheese
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Unroll the pizza crust into a sheet cake pan, stretching it to fit and curling the edges.
- Brush olive oil over the crust and prick with a fork.
- Bake for 7-8 minutes until lightly browned.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Scramble the egg mixture in a skillet over medium heat until soft.
- Spread scrambled eggs over the crust, add chopped chicken, and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 7 minutes until cheese is melted.
