  • 1 13.8 oz tube Refrigerated Pizza Crust
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil (divided)
  • 8 Eggs
  • 1/3 cup Milk
  • 6 Pieces of Cooked Chicken (chopped)
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Jack Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Unroll the pizza crust into a sheet cake pan, stretching it to fit and curling the edges.
  3. Brush olive oil over the crust and prick with a fork.
  4. Bake for 7-8 minutes until lightly browned.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  6. Scramble the egg mixture in a skillet over medium heat until soft.
  7. Spread scrambled eggs over the crust, add chopped chicken, and sprinkle cheese on top.
  8. Return to the oven and bake for another 7 minutes until cheese is melted.
