- 1–1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 6 ounces full-fat cream cheese (cut into blocks)
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
- 1–1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- Pinch of ground cloves
- Optional: 1/2 cup crushed ginger snaps to line the bottom of the cups
Instructions
- In a stand mixer, whip heavy cream until frothy, about 2 minutes.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla; beat until soft peaks form. Transfer to another bowl.
- In the same bowl, mix cream cheese until smooth.
- Combine pumpkin puree and spices; mix well.
- Gently fold in most of the whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture until smooth.
