- 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef (deli style or leftover)
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella or provolone cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay each tortilla flat and layer sliced roast beef down the center followed by shredded cheese.
- Roll each tortilla tightly from one end to the other and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley over the top.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Meanwhile, prepare the au jus by simmering beef broth with vinegar, soy sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a saucepan for 5–7 minutes.
