- 1½ tablespoons vegetable oil (divided)
- 2 small zucchini (sliced into half moons)
- 4 tablespoons butter (room temperature)
- ½ tablespoon garlic powder
- ½ tablespoon dried basil
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Season beef chops with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cut slits in the fat around the chops.
