  • 4 thin boneless beef chops
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 4 teaspoons fresh ginger (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and sweet chili sauce until well combined.
  2. Pour half the marinade over the beef chops and let them sit for 10 minutes; reserve the other half for later.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef chops (discard any leftover marinade) and cook for about 6 minutes on one side until browned.
  4. Flip the chops over and pour in the reserved marinade. Cook for an additional 6 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  5. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
