  • 1 pound uncooked spaghetti
  • 1 pound ground turkey or beef
  • 1/2 medium onion (chopped)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 (24-ounce) jars marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 8 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, ricotta, parmesan, garlic powder, and oregano until smooth.
  3. Boil salted water in a large pot; cook spaghetti until al dente, drain and return to pot.
  4. Brown ground turkey or beef with onion in a skillet over medium heat; add minced garlic and optional red pepper flakes.
  5. Mix the meat mixture with the spaghetti and marinara sauce.
  6. Layer half of the pasta/sauce mixture in a greased 9×13 baking dish; spread the cheese mixture on top.
  7. Add the remaining pasta/sauce layer, top with mozzarella cheese.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes; remove foil and broil until golden brown.
  9. Let rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
