  • 2 Deep Dish Frozen Pie Crusts (9 inch)
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 Egg (beaten)
  • 6 " Lollipop Sticks (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Icing Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 to 4 Tablespoons Maple Syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and beaten egg until smooth.
  3. Place the frozen pie crusts on a baking sheet and carefully pour the filling into each crust without overfilling.
  4. Bake for about 25 minutes or until the filling is set.
  5. After baking, let cool slightly before drizzling with a mixture of icing sugar, vanilla extract, and maple syrup.
  6. If using lollipop sticks, carefully insert them into each pie once they have cooled enough to handle.
