  • 1 red bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 green bell pepper (chopped)
  • 46 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes (28 oz)
  • 6 cups low sodium beef broth
  • 3/4 cup uncooked long grain white rice

Instructions
