  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp with sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fold in cooked rice and half of the cheddar cheese until well mixed.
  4. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs mixed with melted butter.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
