  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2¼ tsp instant yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¾ cup warm milk
  • ¼ cup warm water
  • 3 tbsp softened butter
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Gradually add the warm milk, warm water, and softened butter to the dry ingredients. Knead the dough for about 8–10 minutes until it's smooth and elastic. Cover the bowl with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour until it doubles in size.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Sauté the chopped onion until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Add minced garlic to the pan and cook for another minute until fragrant. Stir in the tomato paste, smoked paprika, ground cumin, salt, pepper, and hot sauce. Mix well. Remove from heat and fold in the cooked shredded chicken along with cream cheese and mozzarella until combined.
