- 3/4 cup melted milk chocolate
- 1 cup chopped candy bars

- In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
- Fold in flour, baking powder, and salt until just incorporated. Form the dough into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll out the chilled dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 – 1/3 inch thick. Cut into cookie shapes with a cookie cutter.
- Place cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 8-9 minutes or until lightly golden around the edges. Allow them to cool completely.
