  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 16 ounces caramel dip
  • 3/4 cup melted milk chocolate
  • 1 cup chopped candy bars

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
  2. Fold in flour, baking powder, and salt until just incorporated. Form the dough into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll out the chilled dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 – 1/3 inch thick. Cut into cookie shapes with a cookie cutter.
  4. Place cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 8-9 minutes or until lightly golden around the edges. Allow them to cool completely.
  5. Spread caramel dip over each cooled cookie, then drizzle melted chocolate on top. Let them set in the refrigerator before serving.
